Refund Alert

When a refund is being processed on a POS system, it is registered in the database.

The system detects if a customer was present when the refund was entered.

Virtual Line Up^®

A unique identifier, known as the ClickIt Video DNA Identifier, is assigned to each person in a store. When an incident occurs, system identifies the people present at the time. ClickIt Video Analytic tool compiles of list of people to form the ClickIt Virtual Line Up^® and narrow down the possible suspect(s). If the suspect later enters a store, a real-time alert is generated.

By viewing the ClickIt Virtual Line Up^®, you will be able to narrow down the list of possible suspects. This data is also collected in CMS for investigative purposes

When the perpetrator enters another store, a real-time alert is generated and can be broadcase via e-mail and / or phone. From here a successful identification of the perpetrator could be possible.
