Support for Units purchased from Circuit City
It has come to our attention that liquidators have sold ClickIt hardware to
end users from closed Circuit City Stores. ClickIt hardware purchased from
these stores is not covered under any ClickIt warranty obligation. Software
on these units was originally licensed to Circuit City and is not transferable
to any entity other than Circuit City. ClickIt is not obligated
to support this software.
In an attempt to help those that purchased these systems, ClickIt has initiated
a special support offering. We are prepared to provide the following services:

Xi – Update: ClickIt will provide an update CD which will re-license
ClickIt SmartCamXi application software and reset all passwords to system default,
and provide for one ClickIt Technical Support telephone call to assist in installing
the update. Cost for this CD is $1,000.

Xi – Telephone Technical Support: ClickIt will make our Telephone Technical
Support available for those requiring assistance with ClickIt SmartCamXi system
installation or operation. Cost for this service is $100 per incidence up to 5
individual calls.

Xi – Hardware support: ClickIt will provide estimate for repair of hardware
issues on a depot basis. Unit will need to be sent to ClickIt’s repair facility
and user will be advised of cost to repair. Cost of estimate will be $500 and
will be credited to repair cost in the event user approves estimate.
